So….where is this place?

Perhaps you’ve never heard of the Roseburn Path and are wondering what all the fuss is about?
We are keen to encourage everyone to come and experience this incredible green space.

From the city centre

Begin in the west end of the city centre next to Cairngorm coffee. Head west, following the blue signs for the national cycle network and head for Wester Coates Terrace.

Join the path via the side passage.

From Gorgie / Dalry

Begin at the junction at Gorgie Road/Dalry Road at the bottom of Ardmillan Terrace. Head through Murieston Crescent and along Russell Road under the bridges.

Join the Path by going up the zig zag ramp at the corner.

From Craigleith Retail Park

Head to the west side of the retail park next to Sainsbury’s. Walk along the footpath to the traffic light crossing.

Cross the traffic lights and join the path.

From Leith

Join the Ferry Road cycling path and continue west to Crewe Toll. Follow the path as it turns south and joins the Telford Path, then eventually the Roseburn Path.

Or, make a day of it!

This is a favourite walking or cycling route that travels along the Roseburn Path. It begins at the west end of the city centre next to Cairngorm Cafe and ends at Milk Cafe at the Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop. 

Distance: 8Km
